You probably already know about us, if not, no worries, let us introduce ourselves. We are Iris and Lucija and we are bonded in a very special way; we are mother and daughter. Recently, we took a risky step and embarked on a joint business venture. Of course, our journey is more than just business; it is also incredibly creative, tenacious, uncertain, bold, honest, vulnerable, powerful, serious, optimistic, loving, and loud.... These aren't just adjectives that characterize our (business) path; they're the first words that come to mind when we think of a woman and her unique energy.
We women are extremely powerful beings, and we are often ignorant of it. The objective of this blog is not to glorify women; instead it is a reminder of how women are frequently seeking for anything they can alter, better, or even eliminate in themselves, their job, and their surroundings. We are perfectionists who are deeply connected to our own emotions; we overwork ourselves and undervalue ourselves. There's no need to glance in the mirror everyday and judge your haircut, or to be concerned about how the environment perceives us, our decisions, and our behaviors. Let's take this moment for us and just be proud of who we are, how far we've come, and where we're going. For real! I know for a fact that I have (too) frequently examined what I have done thus far and whether it is still not enough. A glass might be half empty or half full; whatever side of this debate you are on, keep in mind that the glass is never empty! Let us all embrace this. Our effort (glass) is never nothing; it is always something, and regardless of the amount, that's something we should always remember and be proud of. It is a reminder not just for those of you reading this, but also for us who are writing it.

We fully comprehend that it is not always sufficient for women to create goods that only address or solve problems; it is also essential that we women feel special when we use them!
What about the production process? The covers are entirely handcrafted! But you're undoubtedly wondering, WHERE? In Slovenia! In our design studio! My mother, Iris, cuts and assembles the product entirely by hand. At the same time, it features a unique, copyrighted story that we wrote and that you will receive when you order the product. Oh, I almost forgot to mention a crucial piece of information; Our silk pillowcases are made from 100% natural Mulberry silk, the highest quality silk available. Queens, after all, deserve only the best!
